Avoid Blur

Ensure your photo is clear and focused, blurry photos can affect the precision of the engraving, making it look less distinct and sharp.

Include Whole Head & Eyes

Make sure the entire head, ears, and both eyes are visible. A front-facing photo will provide us with a better basis for the engraving, resulting in a more realistic and detailed final product.

Darker Dogs: Pay Attention to Lighting

For darker dogs, even lighting is essential to ensure all details are captured accurately in the engraving. Avoid hard shadows or too dark pictures.

What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 business days to update so please be patient.

When will I receive my order?

Our current average shipping time is between 8-14 business days.

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small Australian business, however we work with a logistic partner in China to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.

Lost or stolen orders

Pawpopup accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
